The office is open from 8.00 am to 4.00 pm each school day. College administrative organisation, financial management, word processing and announcements are completed through the office. All contact with the College should be made via the office.

Our College bell times are as follows:
- Student Arrival - 8.40 am
- Assemblies / Homegroup Meetings - 8.50 am
- Unit 1 - 9.00 am
- Unit 2 - 9.45 am
- Spelling Mastery / Mentor Groups 10.30 am
- Recess - 10.45 am
- Reading - 11.15 am
- Unit 3 - 11.30 am
- Unit 4 - 12.15 am
- Lunch - 1.00 pm
- Unit 5 - 2.00 pm
- Unit 6 - 2.45 pm
- End of Day - 3.30 pm
- Buses Depart - 3.35 pm
