Transition
At Lake Bolac P-12 College we know the importance of preparing students for change.
Our transition program helps them to understand what to expect as they progress from kindergarten to school, between year levels and from primary to secondary schooling.
To familiarise themselves with the school community, we encourage all our prospective Preps to be a part of our extensive transition program as it allows new students to experience the classroom and get to know their teachers and peers.
Lake Bolac College acknowledges the traditional owners of the land, the Djab Wurrung people. We pay our respects to their Elders, past, present and emerging.
