and Dylan were there for the whole of term 2 and they learnt a lot
of leadership techniques and what is needed to be a good leader. Patrick Graham and Melanie Evans

During the break between first and second semester two students,
Pat Graham and Melanie Evans, represented the school at the
Lions Youth of the Year, they had to prepare a speech and then
on the night they had to present it and were also given two
questions which they had to answer on the spot.

We have had a few musical performances throughout this year
and it is good to see all the involved students performing to their
best. The high school music band had a performance in Ballarat to
show how well we can teach music. A band from Ararat College
called running with scissors performed for us during term 3 and
it was really good to see how other bands performed. On the last
Wednesday of term 3 the College held a College Performance
Night in which each class performed a dance, song or play.
It was a great night and it was enjoyed by the many parents
that came to watch.
